Measuring is knowing!

At TalentTester we value great importance to measuring is knowing.
We continuously check the reliability of our tests.

Our NEO TT and Hexaco TT are evidence based. We work with Belgian norm groups so that your results can be compared with an average Belgian man / woman, manager / employee / worker. The alpha numbers of our NEO TT are on average at .86 and the alpha numbers of our Hexaco TT at .90. We use the International Personality Item Pool-based measurement of the NEO and HEXACO factors.

The validity of our behavioral test is 85%.
